• Compassionate Touch key concepts and benefits
• Focused touch and sensitive massage techniques
• Adapted positioning techniques
• Safety and precautions
• Authentic communication skills
• Introduction to Compassionate Touch in dementia care
• Basic steps for massage therapy service in eldercare and hospice
