Ann Catlin Receives the 2012 One Concept Humanitarian Award

Ann Catlin, founder and director of the Center for Compassionate Touch, received the 2012 One Concept Humanitarian Award at the American Massage Conference in San Diego, California, on April 21. This award gives recognition to “individuals and organizations that have made significant, enduring contributions to humanity.”  She was presented with a check for $1000.00 from Performance Health to give to the charity of her choice. Ann selected to award the gift to the Massage Therapy Foundation to support massage therapy research and community service for underserved populations.
