This 20 hour workshop is designed for massage therapists and health professionals.

Compassionate Touch® Level 2 Practitioner Training.Pre-requisite: Level 1 workshop This
35 hour training intensive is for massage therapists who wish to make
Compassionate Touch® a primary practice and health professionals who
want to incorporate Compassionate Touch® in his/ her work in care
settings.
Course Content: • A deeper understanding and awareness of the needs of elders in facility care, the ill or dying person. • Pathology and related precautions • Compassionate Touch® in Alzheimer’s/ dementia care • Compassionate Touch® in end of life care • Advanced massage and focused touch techniques • Advanced communication skill development • Developing your ability to be a healing presence to others • Mindfulness practice • Daily Compassionate Touch® sessions with elders in the host facility •
